This informal and interactive session is a chance to step away from your day-to-day work and think about what you'd like to work towards, what might help, and how your Researcher Career and Development (RCaD) group could support you.

We will share ideas and resources, and talk about some of the opportunities and challenges research-only staff are facing.

It is also a chance to tell us what kinds of development opportunities or support would be most useful, so we can shape future activity around what people actually want and need.
