From Monday 24 November until Tuesday 9 December, the Net Zero Energy Project contractor, Vital Energi, will be carrying out ground investigations and district heating repairs in the north west area of Lancaster Square, close to the steps and accessible ramp.
These investigations and repairs are required to locate and identify an existing fault with the District Heating leak detection system.

- There is not expected to be any disruption to heating or hot water in the local area.
- Localised diversions may be in place during the work, but it is thought the steps and accessible ramp will remain in use. If a closure is required, this will be communicated.
- Work will progress between 8am – 5pm (Monday to Friday) and will be noisy at times. The project webpages list alternative study spaces if required.
- Dates can be subject to change.
