Changes to the Parcel Collection Service

From Friday 1st October2021, the Student Parcel Collection Service is changing. All parcels Tracked or registered will be delivered directly to your Porters’ Lodge.

Parcels will be available for you to collect at your Porters’ Lodge for three days. Unclaimed parcels will then be moved to a new, larger Parcel Collection Point located in Alexandra Square, next to Costa Coffee, where they will be available for collection between Monday and Friday 9am – 4pm.

Amazon lockers are also available in four locations across campus and offer convenient collection throughout the day. For more information on the Amazon lockers and their locations, visit the Postal Service webpages.
