Please note: the parcel collection point in Alexandra Square is now closed. All student mail goes to, and can be collected from, each college's Porters' Lodge.
Student Parcel Collection
All mail is delivered to your Porters’ Lodge.
Parcels will be available for you to collect at your Porters’ Lodge. When a parcel is delivered for you, you will receive an automated email containing collection instructions.
Using your address
When using the mail service, please ensure you include your full name as it is registered with the University and your full term-time address, including flat number, house and college. This information allows us to locate the recipient more accurately, reducing delivery times and avoiding delays.
Amazon Mail
There are four Amazon lockers located across campus. Use the most convenient locker to you when ordering through Amazon.
Savana is located in the Library Study Zone (as per the Library opening hours)
Jaza is located in Bowland Hall foyer (block 15) and is available 24 hours
Rozelle is located in Cartmel Laundrette and is available 24 hours
Damien is located in Carles Carter Building and is unavailable over Christmas vacation (usually available 9am-4pm)
