Don't panic. It sounds cliche, but everything will work out the way it's supposed to and you will end up in the best place for you.

Why Erin chose Lancaster

Erin found her place through Clearing. On her visit to campus everything fell into place. Hear why she loves having everything in one place, a friendly small city on the doorstep, the Lakes nearby, and a college that feels like joining a small family.

I decided to attend a clearing campus tour two days after results day and it really helped solidify my decision in choosing Lancaster.

A warm, friendly, welcoming environment

I chose Lancaster for a number of reasons, but what really drew me to the university was the campus and the collegiate system. Both create such a warm, friendly, welcoming environment, like it's a little village for students to live and study and spend time together. Our campus is so safe and fosters community with so many social spaces and food spots, as well as gorgeous green spaces.

I found it very easy to find a place to live, I applied for on campus accommodation a few days after I accepted my clearing offer and was quickly confirmed to have a room in my chosen room type. An en-suite was incredibly important for me and I got one in Cartmel.
