We recognise that university is not just a transition into higher education but also into adulthood. We believe that it is important for us to do our part in equipping young people with the tools they need for emotional resilience and confidence.
In this talk, we will provide helpful tips covering a range of areas (including mental, physical and financial wellbeing) and offer advice on the most common worries for students about university. Student support available at Lancaster University will also be covered.
