Order documents

You may need to order documents such as your Registration Certificate, also known as a bank letter, or proof of student status. Here's how

You can download your official University documents by searching ‘document ordering’ in the ASK section of your Student Portal or by following the steps below:

  • Ensure you have completed your online Registration and therefore have your University Account login details
  • Log in to the Student Portal
  • Go to ASK
  • In Administration, click 'Document Ordering'
  • Click on 'Document Download'.
