The Graduate College accommodation team manage a range of two-bedroom flats across campus, suitable for students with a family.
We also have a few one-bedroom flats available on request - please contact us for details about those.

There are three two-bedroom flats on the top floor of Bowland Main suitable for families with one or two children, costing £289.03 per week.
There are seven two-bedroom flats at the north end of campus by the LICA Building suitable for couples with up to two children. The weekly cost is £308.14.
There is one flat on each floor in four-storey blocks, there are no lifts in these buildings. Each has a double bedroom with a 1300mm wide bed, a second bedroom with bunk beds, open plan living/dining/kitchen area and bathroom with a shower over the bath.
There are three two-bedroom flats on the Rooftop of the County Main building at the north end of campus, suitable for a couple with one or two children and costing between £308.14 and £325.71 per week. The building has lift access.
Flats measure between 70 and 81 square metres. Each has a double bedroom with a 1300mm wide bed, a second twin bedroom which has one or two single beds, a living/dining area, separate kitchen and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
There are two three-bedroom flats suitable for couples and students with up to three children, and two flats for students with adult family members. These are on the rooftop of the FHASS Building on the north spine. They cost £308.14 per week.
There are seven two-bedroom flats in Furness on the rooftop of the Furness Main building in the centre of campus, suitable for a couple with one or two children. The weekly cost is between £289.03 and £308.14. There is lift access to two flats only.
