Our campus townhouses were built in 2008 and have won a string of awards for their pioneering design, eco-friendly credentials and crime prevention.
Townhouse accommodation is offered exclusively by County and Grizedale Colleges.
The Townhouses are shared by 12 people. The upper three floors have four bedrooms and two WC/shower rooms on each, while the ground floor contains the communal living/dining/kitchen areas and another WC.
A room in a Townhouse costs £128.31 in 2019/20, on a 43 week contract.
Your study-bedroom will be fitted out with a bed (with under-bed storage), desk, wardrobe, drawers, notice board, shelves and a chair. Curtains or blinds will be at the windows.
Townhouse beds measure 900mm wide by 2100mm long.
The ground floor will have a lounge area with soft seating, a dining area with tables and chairs, and a kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with cookers and microwaves, kettle and toaster, fridges and freezers and cupboard storage space.
A vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are also supplied.
