Your ASK service

ASK stands for Advice, Support and Knowledge, and it's your place to go for a wide range of personal and student issues. Use the ASK section of your Portal to find online information, or contact the ASK team who can offer guidance on a variety of queries.

  • Your college

    Every student at Lancaster belongs to a college, and they are there for you from day one until you graduate. Your college offers events, welfare and pastoral support, space to study and relax, and many opportunities to get involved in college life. Students can access the College Advisor Teams via the Wellbeing Connect form.

  • Your Students' Union

    Lancaster University Students’ Union (LUSU) is here to support and enrich every aspect of your student experience. Alongside events, societies and student representation, LUSU offers a range of services designed to help you make the most of your time at Lancaster University, including LUSU Advice – a free and impartial advice service, providing guidance and support on a range of issues you may encounter during your studies.
