Bedrooms with shared bathrooms
There are 177 bedrooms that share WC/shower facilities with others in Graduate College.
Most of these are arranged in cluster flats within the original 1996 college buildings and have been fully refurbished since 2010. There are also nine four-bedroom houses on the edge of campus, built in 2004.

How much do they cost?
The rooms arranged in cluster flats attract a weekly fee of £129.71, on a 50 week contract.
The rooms in the four-bedroom houses cost £159.95 per week.
What's included in the bedrooms?
Rooms in our cluster flats include a bed (with under bed storage), wardrobe, desk and chair, drawers and bookshelf, plus a washbasin with a mirror above it. Blinds will be at the windows. These beds are all longer than normal single beds, measuring approximately 2100x900mm.
Bedrooms in our four-bedroom houses feature all of the above, with the exception of the washbasin and mirror, and the beds are regular length singles - 1900x900mm.
What's included in the kitchens?
The kitchens in our cluster flats offer storage space for all students, plus good provision of cookers, fridge and freezer space, microwave, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. There is also a dining table and chairs.
The four-bedroom houses benefit from a lounge area as well.
