The Employment and Recruitment Service offers a fully managed service for the recruitment of Lancaster University students and graduates into your organisation on a temporary or permanent basis.

The Employment and Recruitment Service (ERS) is Lancaster University's in-house recruitment agency, supporting recruiters in and around the region to find candidates with the right skills to excel in their new role and add value to your organisation.

If your recruitment need is for a temporary position then you can take the stress out of engaging your workers by using our temporary payroll service. We look after Right to Work checking and all payroll calculations and you pay one simple invoice per month.
