Group Mentoring

The Student Wellbeing Partnership Service facilitates group mentoring for students at all stages of their studies. Group mentoring provides a space to connect with other students and discuss successes and challenges in a supportive, staff-led environment.

Students meet on a weekly basis to support each other with a range of concerns, such as dealing with exam stress and developing friendships. Students with social/communication difficulties, low mood, and those feeling isolated or struggling to settle in have found the groups particularly valuable.

Group Mentoring will run weekly during term time.

The group has probably been the most useful form of support I have experienced at university.” (Attendee)
