Lancaster City Council and Lancaster University invite you to attend an open innovation forum to discuss key challenges in reducing carbon emissions across the Lancaster district.
These issues have been identified as key themes as well as areas of focus in the context of Lancaster City Council's decision to declare a Climate Emergency.
Lancaster City Council and Lancaster University invite you to attend an open innovation forum to discuss:
- Improving town centre air quality
- Reducing transport CO2 emissions
- Encouraging and motivating smart parking/park & ride
- Encouraging and motivating activity travel - cycling & walking
The city council is committed to finding and supporting ways of reducing carbon emissions across the district. This event is a chance for partners and stakeholders, including the university, third sector bodies and local businesses, to contribute their ideas and possible solutions.
