My research aims at understanding further the process by which entrepreneurs learn including its antecedents and consequences. I am particularly interested in extending knowledge about the way entrepreneurs learn by observation. My research can be applied to diverse entrepreneurial settings, such as commercial, social and corporate entrepreneurship.
