I am currently working towards a PhD at the Lancaster Environment Centre. My doctoral research focuses on biodiversity offstting and explores the discursive and material production of 'equivalent' natures in the context of Colombia.

Between 2011 and 2013, I worked as a Research Assistant at the Instutute of Development Studies (IDS), based at the Univeristy of Sussex. During this time I worked on projects that explored themes such as: the politcal economy of low carbon development in China, REDD+ and forest taxation in Sub-Saharan Africa, and the concept of 'low carbon, climate resilient development'.
