Research Overview

Having graduated in European Studies, Nicky went on to use her language skills in both an education and business context overseas. On returning to the UK in 2000, Nicky decided to consolidate experience gained in supporting jobseekers into employment by studying towards the postgraduate qualification in careers guidance. After 5 years working for Greater Merseyside Connexions Partnership with young people in schools and community locations, Nicky joined The University of Central Lancashire as Careers Adviser for International Students in 2008. Nicky joined the Careers Team at LUMS in September 2016. She is very much looking forward to her role as a Careers Coach for undergraduate Business Studies students.
