Dr Irina Rets is a Visiting Researcher in the Department of Management Science (LUMS). She works with the BIAS project team at LUMS, looking into the AI-assisted decision making, management of diversity and inclusion in organisations, and the role that digital technologies play in fostering EDI.

More broadly, research of Dr Irina Rets covers topics related to inclusion and technology enhanced learning. She has used a variety of methods to explore these topics: eye-tracking, statistical modelling, advanced qualitative analysis of interview data and longitudinal reflective learner diaries.
